Patrick A. Walz, 73, passed away on November 13, 2024 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Patrick was born on September 20, 1951 in Alton, one of six children of Gerald “Fred” and Ruth (Crane) Walz.
Pat was a hard worker, who knew how to have fun. He was an avid car enthusiast and made great friends which he cherished. He was loved by many and greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years Pasty, two sons, Patrick Walz and Brian O’Toole (Ivy), four grandchildren, Rylee, Ryder, Kinlee and Kai, siblings, Jim Walz and Marti Hankins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Ruth Lamb, Mike and Richard Walz, sister-in-law, Leona Walz and brother-in-law, Harold Hankins.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Gent Funeral Home, Alton, IL.
