Patricia Ann Dismukes, nee Noser, 84, of O’Fallon, IL, born Sunday, June 29, 1941, in Belleville, IL, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, at Colonnade Senior Living in O’Fallon, IL.

Patricia worked as a teacher for Signal Hill School. She was a member of PEO Chapter EY and a former member of St. Mary’s and St. Henry’s Church.

She was preceded in death by her:

• Parents: William and Leona, nee Julleis, Noser

Surviving are her:

Visitation: Visitation from 4:00-6:00 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Services: Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025, with Fr. William McGee officiating. Private family interment.
