Pamela Ruth Dymas, 77, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 10:47 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.
She was born April 26, 1948, in Cairo, Illinois, a daughter of the late Loren and Hallie (Baugh) Sichling.
She married Sam Dymas on December 31, 1973, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Madison and he preceded her in death.
She had worked for the Madison County Sheriff’s Department as a secretary. Pamela was a faithful member of the Granite City Church of God and cherished her family.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Robyn and Robert Johnson of Pontoon Beach; sister and brother-in-law, Diana and Keith Burkey of Mitchell; two grandchildren and spouse, Renee and Drew Westendorf and Ryan Johnson; three great grandchildren, Carter Westendorf, Brynn Westendorf and Kora Johnson; two nephews, Christopher Martinez and Anthony Martinez; other extended family and friends.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until time of a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jason Wyman officiating.
Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Edwardsville.
