Nathan Colonna, age 24, passed away June 4, 2017, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1993, in St. Louis, MO, the son of Jeffrey and Sabrina (Cope) Colonna. Nathan worked as a lab technician at Aerotek. He loved working on cars and going to Mudfest. He especially enjoyed being an uncle.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Sabrina and Mark Schwegel; his father, Jeffrey Colonna; three siblings, Jeffrey (Kayla) Colonna; Maria Colonna (Gillian Singleton), and Jacob Colonna (Cydney Stuart); his nieces, Kenleigh and Aurora Singleton ; his grandparents, JoAnn and Herb Cope a great-grandmother, Betty Lou Cope; and his aunt and uncle, Herbie & Pam Cope; Tabitha Renfrow; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton.
A private family interment will take place at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
