N. Rosenthal

N. Jeffrey Rosenthal, age 59, of Edwardsville, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018, at his residence. He was born November 24, 1958, in Alton, Illinois, the son of the late Norman & Nina (Whittenberg) Rosenthal. Jeff worked at the State of Illinois Weight Station for over 35 years, retiring in 2014. He is survived by four sisters, Cindy Goodwin & husband Bob of Rotonda West, Florida, Pamela Rosenthal of Edwardsville, Cheryl Rosenthal of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, & Beth Fessler & husband Tim of Bethalto, Illinois. Jeff graduate from Edwardsville High School in 1976, he was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan & loved going to the horse races. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018, at the Eden Church in Edwardsville, with the Rev. John Roberts officiating. He was cremated according to his wishes. The family request memorials to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Weber & Rodney Funeral Home in Edwardsville is in charge of services.
