Michael R. Daniels, 67, died Saturday, July 21, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 11, 1951 in Alton the son of the late Raymond F. and Jeanette (Clendenny) Daniels. He was a fireman with the Alton Fire Department for many years and a US Navy veteran. Surviving are one sister, Janet Funk and her husband Dale of Valrico, FL. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his step mother, Esther Daniels. Private burial is at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
