Melodee Renee (Mazur) Plummer, 57, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023 at Christian Hospital Northeast.
Born October 26, 1966 in Mt. Vernon, IL, she was the daughter of Chester Mazur and Sharlene Inez (Rappoport) Picarsky Mazur.
She has worked as a registered nurse.
On February 9, 2002 in Godfrey, she married Charles Plummer. He survives.
Surviving also are a son, Dillan ( Bethany) Plummer of Cottage Hills; daughter, Christina Farr in Florida; six grandchildren, Addison, Dakota and Waylon Plummer, Bryan and Gerek Farr, Chloe Haines; five "extended" grandchildren, Tyler Sunderland, Scarlett wainwright, Charlotte and Waylon Anderson, Emma Richards; and a sister, Melina Mazur of Chicago.
Visitation will be from 1-3 pm, Saturday, December 2 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
