Mary Kautz

Mary L. Kautz, 69, passed away at 12:41 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.She was born in Sedalia, MO on September 19, 1948 the daughter of the late Robert R. and Tula V. (Walton) Watts.Mary married Ernest L. Kautz on October 24, 1974 in St. Louis. He survives.Mary’s favorite thing in life was spending time with her family.In addition to her husband she is survived by 3 children, Dawn (Mark) Manning of Clarksville, TN, Ernest Kautz of St. Louis, Wayne Kautz of St. Louis; 4 grandchildren, Wayne (Sarah) Kautz of Godfrey, Wendi Kautz of St. Louis, Jessica (Richard) Parks of St. Louis, Ryan Manning of Clarksville, TN; 7 great-grandchildren, Haley, Zachary and Lexie Kautz, Blake and Caiden Parks, Jason and Gabbi Puszkar; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Shirley and Bill Wells of Republic, MO.In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Randel Kautz and a brother, Jerry Watts.Visitation will be held from 1pm until the time of the memorial service at 4pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey.Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.Online condolences and guest book may be found at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com
