Mary Kevin Roesch, 69, passed away 6:55 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Jacksonville on September 10, 1945, she was the daughter of Frederick Louis and Helen Mabel (Lonergan) Sehlmeyer.
Kevin had served as a waitress and hostess at many local establishments during her life.
She is survived by a daughter, Cellie (Eric) Booten of Wood River; four grandchildren, Aaron Bevins, Talon, Ciara and Zachery Booten; four great grandhildren, Lotus Meyer, Emalyn Booten, Conner Bevins and Jocelyn Robinson; brother, Bill (Vicky) Sehlmeyer; sister, Sheila (Mark) Shake of Godfrey.
Her parents; former husband, Richard C. Roesch; sister and brother-in-law, Erin and Bob Ziegenbein preceded in death.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be from4-7:30 pm Tuesday, January 27 at the Greater Alton Church, 506 E. Airline Dr. in Rosewood Heights, with a service following at 7:30 pm. Rev. Mike Kiffmeyer will officiate.
