Marsha R. Guild, 55, passed away at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton.
A daughter of Billy Dean and Rachel (Shirrell) Gray, she was born Jan. 8, 1954 in Alton.
The homemaker is survived by her father of Alhambra, Ill.; two sons, William "Willie" Guild of Cape Girardeau and Adam Guild; two cousins, Lori Bostick of Bunker Hill and Rick Acuncius of Maryville, Ill; her aunt, Gloria Acuncius of Bunker Hill; her fiancé, Douglas Cummings of Staunton; and her children's father, Robert Guild of Bunker Hill.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her first husband, Jeff Whalen.
Visitation will be Monday, July 6 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from noon until time of service at 1 p.m.
Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials may be given to the Marsha Guild family.
