Marilyn Shank

Marilyn Day Shank, 74, died at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at her home. Born September 30, 1943 in Alton, she was the daughter of Robert and Marie (Maxeiner) Stiltz. Marilyn was a home healthcare worker for Morningstar. Surviving is a daughter, Kyle “Missy” Biesk (Steve) of Alton, a son, Kip Shank (Donna) of Wood River, six grandchildren, Morgan Robertson, Makenzie Biesk, Joel Biesk, Christian Shank, Justin Brown and Samantha Brown, one great grandchild, Raeleigh Robertson, two brothers, James “Jimmy” Ebrey (Bob), and Richard Ebrey (Linda), and a sister, Tammy Krauthamel. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her significant other, John Schultz, a sister, Tina Henry and her brother, Kenneth Ebrey. Memorials may be made to BJC Hospice. Online guestbook and information may be found at www.gentfuneralhome.com
