Marie Graves 82 passed away peacefully at Alton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday March 20, 2024.
Born July 9, 1941, in Washington DC. She was the daughter of Mildred (Berger) and Francis R. Hitaffer of Hyattsville Maryland,
On April 22, 1961, in West Hyattsville Maryland, she married the late Henry T. Graves of Alton. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her oldest son Kevin Graves of Alton. Surviving are two daughters Laura Blasioli (John “Jake”) Blasioli of Alton, Linda Garrett (Frank Jr.) of Godfrey and two sons, Keith Graves (Mary Jarnagin) of Wood River, and Tracy Graves of Alton, also surviving are 19 grandkids and 24 great grandkids. She was also proceeded in death by her sister Delores ( Hitaffer) Musgrove of Delaware.
Celebration of life will be held Sunday March 24, 2024, at the Brighton Tri-County Rod and Gun Club at 3:00 pm open for friends and family to attend. Additional information and online guest book may be found at www.gentfuneralhome.com
