Marcus Kennedy

Marcus “Mark” A. Kennedy 31, died at 10:05 a.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2020.  He was born March 16, 1989 in Alton the son of Roger Kennedy and Mary K. Williams.  He was self employed independent contractor.  Mark was very outgoing and was always the life of the party, loved to travel and touched a lot of hearts and will be missed by many.  But more than anything he loved his nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents he is survived by one brother, Matthew Kennedy (Laurie) of Alton and two sisters, Katie Gibson (Jeffrey) of Alton and Kayla Beckham of Alton and seven nieces and nephews, Hayden, Colton, Lukus, Ellie, Ethan, Marley and Mason, and one cousin, Jacob Davison  who was like a brother, and numerous Aunts and Uncles.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Sparky and Granny Kennedy,  and Norman and Betty Williams.   A private memorial service will be at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
