Lucille Marie Turner, 76, of Staunton, IL, died at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 2:18 am.
She was born July 6, 1950, in Litchfield, IL to Joseph J. Carpani & Margaret Pruitt Carpani. She married John William Turner in 1999 in Hot Springs, AR.
She was retired after having been a tax practitioner for H & R Block. Lucille was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her spouse, John W. Turner, children, Kimberly L. (spouse, Mark) Henderson, Michael C. Vogel, Justine P Bertoldi, grandchildren, Skylar Vogel, Jacob Vogel, Kyle (spouse, Miranda) Henderson, Michael (significant other, Katie McCoy) Henderson, Candice Dyer, Adalina Bertoldi, great-grandchildren, Degan Vogel, Leighton Vogel, Raven Vogel, Marley Auffarth, Nova Vogel, Wylan Vogel, Ryleigh Henderson, siblings, Ted Carpani, Janice (Randy) Painter, James Carpani, nieces and nephews, Miguel, Jolene, Danielle, Kelly, several great nieces and great nephews.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, grandchild, Samantha Vogel, siblings, Joseph D. Carpani, Robert Carpani and niece, Jolee.
