Lori Ann Hodge, 63, of Litchfield, IL, died at St. Francis Hospital, Litchfield, IL on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
She was born April 7, 1963, in Peoria, IL to Ronald Simmons & Linda Holloway Simmons. She married John Lee Hodge in Litchfield, IL in 2013. She was a laborer for CIF Industries.
Lori enjoyed gardening, fishing, and being outdoors, but most of all loved her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her spouse, John Hodge of Litchfield, IL, children, Amber Beasley of Girard, IL, Cody (Caitlin) Simmons of Litchfield, IL, Nathaniel Forbis of Pekin, IL, Lindsey (Dustin) Forbis of Butler, IL, grandchildren, Bradlee, Dean, Jordin, Gabriel, Sophia, Lydia, James, Tyler, Mattie, Tanner, Spencer, Nolan, Declan, Lilly, Jade, 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
Lori was preceded in death by her parents, son in infancy, and 1 brother. Celebration of Life will be held on August 8, 2026 at 1pm at the Hillsboro Lake 4th of July Pavilion.
