Lloyd G. Dooley, age 98 died at 4:29 AM on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Jerseyville Manor in Jerseyville, IL. He was born in Galatia, IL on February 26, 1920 the son of the late Hershel and Flossie (Carnes) Dooley. He was a WWII veteran and had retired in 1982 from Ford Motor Company in St. Louis. On September 30, 1939 he married the former Jessie (Osborne) in St. Charles, MO and she preceded him in death on September 22, 2003. Lloyd is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters; Bernice Dawson and Glenna Franklin, a son; Ronald Dooley, one sister and four brothers.
