Linda Sue Stephens, 68, of Granite City, IL died on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Kindred Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born on July 8, 1953, in Granite City, IL.
The loving mother and grandmother was a bus driver for Madison County Transit prior to her retirement. Her hobbies included crafting, especially woodworking, and her family, which was everything to her. She enjoyed doing face paintings at Relleke Farms in Pontoon Beach.
Linda is survived by a son, Chris (Holly) Stephens of Granite City, IL; 2 grandchildren: Anthony Stephens and Dean Stephens; father, John Hamm of Granite City, IL; a brother, Robert (Mary) Hamm of Highland, IL; a sister, Brenda (John) Monroe of Granite City, IL; 2 nephews: Tim Swyear and Robert Hamm and a niece, Sara Ham.
Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Eva Joann Hamm.
