Lily Marie Roustio, 64, of East Alton, IL, was carried Home to rest with her Heavenly Father, with her loved ones by her side at 6:45 p.m. Sat. April 6, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton, IL.

She was born July 17, 1948 in Alton to Jerome Smith of Godfrey and the late Calla (Baumeister) Smith.

On May 14, 1980, she and Terry L. Roustio were married in Wood River, IL. He survives in East Alton, IL.

She was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church in East Alton. She loved spending time with her family, doing crafts and making jewelry with her daughter for Free Birds Loft. Her biggest passion was planting the seeds of faith for the Lord.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by: a son, Timothy Roustio of Wood River, 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn & James Payne of Rosewood Heights, IL, Shawn & James Depper of Bethalto and Dana & Dale Weston of Roxana, a daughter-in-law, Shanon Webb of Bethalto, 12 grandchildren, Joshua & Brandon Webb, Jon, Ashley & Amanda Payne, Ryan (Amy) Johnson, Richie Johnson, Cassandra (Alex Brickhouse) Depper, Trent, Tanner & Jessica Weston & Aaron Dennison, 6 great-grandchildren, McKenna, Gavin, Carson & Brooklyn Webb, Rylee & Elaine Johnson, a sister, Lila Rives of Bethalto and a niece, April and her husband, Stacy Wozniak and their daughter, Savannah of Berwyn, IL.

Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry Webb.

The family will hold a memorial visitation from 6:00 p.m. until time of a celebration of her life at 7:00 p.m. Thurs. April 11, 2013 at Bethel Pentecostal Church with Rev. Royce Roy officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Life Evangelistic Center, 1411 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63103 or please plant a tree in her memory.
