Kevin L. Wooden, 69, passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Born March 16, 1954 in Alton, he was the son of Rev. George and Wilma (Koelling) Wooden.
Kevin had been a tractor operator for Olin Brass for 41 years before retiring in 2014.
He married the former Patricia Cantrell and she survives.
Surviving also are two daughters, Gina Wooden of Alton, Amy (Caleb) Haynes of Largo, FL; five grandchildren, Kelvin Cummings, Olivia Collins, Ellyonna Collins, Norah Haynes, Stella Haynes; three brothers, Terry Wooden of East Alton, on (Sherri) Wooden of Godfrey, David (Sue) Wooden of Bethalto; and two sisters, Regina (Paul) Newby of Jerseyville and Chana Wooden of Alton.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4:30 pm until time of service at 6 pm, Wednesday, November 22 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River. Pastor Terry Russell will officiate.
