Joyce E. Miller, 89, passed away 3:50 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Eunice Smith Home in Alton.
Born in Carterville on January 12, 1929, she was the daughter of Clyde and Lucille (Anderson) Richardson.
On August 12, 1950 in Cambria, IL, she married Billie Dean Miller. He died December 12, 2013.
Surviving are two sons, Billie D. Miller, Jr. of Godfrey, Gary L. (Dawna) Miller of Highland; four daughters, Elizabeth "Ann" Miller of Hartford, Karol (Jim) Barrish and Karen (Tracy) Anthony all of East Alton, Kathy Miller of Godfrey; four grandchildren, Crystal (Steve) Gibbs, Caleb Miller, Joshua Miller, Taylor Miller; two great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jadon Frith; and a brother, Frank (Margie) Richardson of Macon, MO.
Her parents; husband; granddaughter, Heather Frith; and daughter-in-law, Cathy Miller preceded in death.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 30 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday. Stan Richardson will officiate.
Burial will follow in Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
