John A. Carlisle, 51, passed away at 7:43 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2015, at home with his family.
He was born in Flint, MI, on June 21, 1963, the son of the late John B. (Jack) Carlisle and Anita M. (Aspin) Carlisle.
John earned his B.S. from USC San Diego in 1989. He was retired from the US. Navy after serving 21 years. John was a Plant Manager at Millwood Inc. and Total Warehouse, he was a life time member of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife, Cozette J. (Fisher) Carlisle; a daughter, Sarah M. Carlisle; a son John R. (JC) Carlisle.
The family will celebrate a memorial mass at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Alton, IL.
Family and friends are invited to a gathering following the services at 5599 Meadow Lane, Alton, IL.
