Jim R Fletcher, 75, of Brighton passed away at 7:29 am on Wed March 28, 2018 at Home. He was born on Nov 12, 1942 in McClure, IL to James & Anna (Phillips) Fletcher.He married Kathy (Roderfeld) Fletcher on June 29, 1974 in Alton, IL. He is survived by his wife, daughters & sons in laws: Kim & Mike Kraenzle of Brighton, Darienne & Robert Vonnahmen of Brighton, Andrea Rushing & her companion Scott Fraser of Winchester, Chris & Charlie Van Doren of Brighton and Grandchildren: Tony, Lara, Steven, Kayleigh, Brittany, Josh, Caleb & Abby, Great Grandchildren: Anthony, Cheyanne, Hillary, Kinslee & Wyatt and brothers: Gordon & Sadie Fletcher of Echo, LA, Joe & Cheryl Fletcher of Wood River, IL and Gene & Mary Taylor of Climax Springs, MO.He worked as a machinist at Olin for 41 years and was an honorary member of the Tri-County Rod & Gun Club. He was an avid golfer and had tried out as a pitcher for the St Louis Cardinals. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Visitation will be 4-8 pm Fri March 30, 2018 at Targhetta & Wooldridge F H in Brighton Funeral Services will be 10 am Sat March 31, 2018 at Targhetta & Wooldridge F H in Brighton with Revs  Mike Morgan and John Shelton officiating       Burial will be in Brighton Cemetery Memorials may be made to Paradise Baptist Church building fund or for a Memorial Bench at The Woodlands Golf Club.
