Jill Norton

Jill Lynn Norton, 57, passed away at 4:58 a.m. Sunday, November 13, 2016 at St. Louis University Hospital.Born Jan. 13, 1959 in Alton, Ill., she was a daughter of Gerald Gene Norton Sr. and Marguerite (Draper) Norton.She retired from the Department of Human Services for the State of Illinois.Survivors include a brother, Gerald (Donna) Norton Jr of Cottage Hills; a sister, Patricia (Tom) Jennings of Bethalto; nieces and nephews Heather Kelley, Jeremy (Trinity) Kelley, and Ryan G. Norton; two great nieces and a great nephew.Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 with Pastor Dennis Norton officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.Online guestbook is available at www.paynicfh.com
