Jerri Kay Johns, 55, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on March 7, 1961, in Alton, IL, the daughter of Willis “Bill” and Helen (Duncan) Stillwell.She married Rickey Johns and he preceded her in death on August 11, 2006.Jerri was a security guard for Securitas and had worked at Conoco Phillips.   In addition to her mother of Bethalto, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Chase Neitzel of Meadowbrook; her grandchildren, Cadence, Tessa, Brooklynn and Ashton Neitzel; a sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Harold Kappler of Bethalto; a brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Lisa Stillwell of Bethalto and her nieces, Kristin Harris and her husband Keith of Wood River, Kaitlyn Kappler and Taylor Stillwell both of Bethalto and a great niece, Kenzington Harris.She was preceded in death by her father, husband and a grandson, Dillan Bourbon.Visitation will be from 9 am until services at 12 pm, noon, Friday, September 2, 2016, at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto with Pastor Charles West officiating.Burial will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Edwardsville.   Memorials may be given to Children’s Network.Online condolences can be given at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com.
