Jennifer Schuessler

Jennifer Schuessler, 48 of New Douglas, IL and formerly of Granite City, IL passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Stearns Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Granite City.

Jennifer was born on October 2, 1972 in Alton, IL; the daughter of the late Wayne and Sharon (Barnes) Jones. Jennifer was a nurse at Beverly Farm in Godfrey, IL and in her free time Jennifer enjoyed her days of spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer will be remembered for her loving heart and all the special times they shared together.

Jennifer is survived by and will be missed by her husband; Ronald Schuessler, whom she married on February 14, 1994; daughter, Brittney Schuessler of Alton, IL, step-daughter, Robin Slow of Alton, IL; sister,Mary Ann Young of Alton, IL; brother-in-law, Scott Schuessler of Edwardsville, IL and many other close family members and friends.

In celebration of Jennifer’s life, family services will be held at a later date. Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City is serving the family.
