Jennifer E. Huntsman, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 8:12 a.m.

at Alton Memorial Hospital.She was born January 21, 1950 in Davenport, Iowa and was the daughter of the lateRaymond and Shirley (nee: Anderson) McKinney.She married Richard J. Huntsman on February 23, 1995 in Jerseyville.  He preceded her in death on August 8, 2001.She was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and was employed at Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis for 26 years, and she enjoyed antique shopping and loved spending time with her grandchildren.Survivors include:a son: John “J.B.”  (Girlfriend: Teri Minder) Boomershine of East Altona daughter: Chasity Boomershine of East Alton,2 brothers: Steve (Fran) McKinney and Jerry McKinney4 grandchildren, Kyle Tidwell, Ashley Tidwell, Tristan Henderson Boomershine,and Tobi Henderson2 great-grandchildren: Zoee Tidwell and Alessa RayShe was also preceded in death by her brothers: Jack, Bob, Bill, and Tim McKinney.Visitation will be Friday, December 1, 2017, 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Elias-Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.Interment will be in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.An online tribute and guest book may be found at www.eliaskallalschaaf.com
