He was born June 15, 1975, in Springfield, IL to Millard Leamon Boaz & Norma Margrette Potts Boaz. He was a contractor. Jeffrey enjoyed auto restoration, home remodeling and traveling.
He is survived by his mother, Margrette Boaz of Gillespie, IL, daughter, Jenna Boaz of Bethalto, IL, son, Kalvin (spouse, Haley) Hill of Gillespie, IL, brothers, Norman (spouse, Kathy) Boaz of Girard, IL, Greg (companion, Camille Thompson) Boaz of Gillespie, IL, Kenneth Boaz of Litchfield, IL,sisters, Debi (spouse, Bob) Rauzi of Gillespie, IL, Sandra (spouse, Bill) Brown of Springfield, IL.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
