He was born on October 16, 1954, in North Tonawanda, NY, the son of Harold and Shirley (nee Seibert) Collins.
He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Church in Highland, IL.
Born north of Buffalo at Tonawanda, NY. He served with the US Marine Corps. He lived in Buffalo, NY; Galeton, PA; Highland, IL, since August 2, 2007. Most of his life he was an automobile mechanic; later in his life he worked several years at Wal-Mart. He enjoyed long walks.
