He was born April 21, 1969, in Alton, IL to Kenneth C Kincaid Sr. & Carolyn Ann (Hancock). He was an electrician. Jeffery was enjoyed fishing and sports. He especially was a Denver Broncos Fan and a Cardinal Fan.
He is survived by his Father and Step Mother, Kenneth and Linda Kincaid of Bunker Hill, IL, Fiancée, Linda Foley of Lake City, FL, Siblings, Kenneth Kincaid Jr. of Godfrey, IL, Constance Kincaid of Willston, FL, Jenny (Jeff) Byrne of Jasonville, IN, Ashley Kincaid of Bunker Hill, IL, Joseph Kincaid of Bunker Hill, IL, Drew Kincaid of Colorado Springs, CO, Several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Jeffery was preceded in death by his Mother and Grandparents.
