Jedd Henry Bauer, 59, of Swansea, IL, born June 2, 1966, in Belleville, IL, died Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Jedd was a dear brother and friend. He was a graduate of Belleville East High School. He worked for 33 years at McDonald’s and never missed a day of work. Jedd enjoyed life to the fullest and never met a stranger. He was very athletic, enjoying swimming and bowling, and was a proud Special Olympic Athlete. Jedd also loved making Manhattans and other cocktails for his parents. He was a great singer and dancer and enjoyed playing bingo. In his downtime, he liked watching Days of Our Lives and John Schneider in the Dukes of Hazard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Viola, nee Berger, Bauer; and his three brothers-in-law, John King, Jerry Parker, and Ken Bradshaw.
He is survived by his five brothers and sisters, Al (Judy) Bauer, Nanvi King, Jody Bradshaw, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Bauer, and Chelli Parker; many dear nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A celebration of Jedd’s life will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Cutter’s, Belleville, IL.
Private graveside services will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
