Jean McRevey passed away at 3:40 am on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Christian Northeast Hospital.
She was born on July 15, 1927 in Alton, Illinois to Harvey and Pauline (Carter) Dickinson.
Jean married Charles McRevey on July 10, 1947 in Alexandria, Virginia. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family, friends and grandkids, she was a member of the Red Hat Society, and loved traveling and spending time with her beloved dog, Benny.
Jean is survived by two daughters, Pam (Gregory) Brown and Debbie (Mark) Richardson both of Alton, IL; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters and 2 brothers; and a granddaughter, Heather Martin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 pm at the Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
