Jayce Hoffmann, almost 2 months, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017, in the emergency room at Alton Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 13, 2017, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of David Hoffmann, Jr. and Lonisha Moore of Wood River. Other survivors include a sister: Gracee Hoffmann of the home, a brother: David Hoffmann III of the home, his maternal grandma: Joan Williams of Wood River, his paternal grandparents: David Hoffmann, Sr. of Pontoon Beach, Melanie Smith of Pocahontas, his maternal great – grandparents: Patricia Baker of Sorento, his paternal great grandparents: Evelyn Ortiz of Pontoon Beach, and Tom and Alice Groff of Alton.
Visitation will be from 9am until time of funeral services at 10am on Monday, November 20, 2017, at the Godfrey Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Chris Shallenberger will officiate. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
