Janette Audo, 102, of Gillespie, IL, died at Gillespie Health and Rehab Center, Gillespie, IL on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 4:44 p.m.
She was born April 25, 1922, in Mark, IL to Biagio Magelli & Mary Mareta Magelli.
She married Anthony J. Audo on February 24, 1945 in Benld, IL. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2003.
She enjoyed collecting antiques, gardening, sewing and baking.
Janette is survived by her children, Anthony J. (Vicky) Audo of Glenarm, IL, Albert A. (Patty) Audo of Chillicothe, IL, grandchildren, Matt Audo of Springfield, IL, Nikki (Matt) Brawner of Gillespie, IL, Scott Audo of Golden, CO, Mike (Anne) Audo of North Liberty, IA, Mallory Audo of East Peoria, IL, and great-grandchildren, Mia, Sloane, Ella, Macy, and Ryan.
Janette was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, brothers, Angelo Magelli, Steve Magelli, Joe Magelli, Peter Magelli, and Paul Magelli, and sisters, Rose Turigliatto, Anne Anderson, and Theresa Swanson.
Friends may call on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Funeral services are Monday, December 23, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Gillespie, IL.
