Jacob Dailey

Jacob E. Dailey, age 25, of Alton, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2016, at Alton Memorial Hospital.He was born January 12, 1991, in Alton, the son of Floyd Dailey and Deborah  Lawrence, and his step-parents, Casi Dailey and Joseph Lawrence.Jacob was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding dirtbikes.He will be fondly remembered by his parents; a sister, Jessica Dailey; his grandmother, Hallie Terry; his grandfathers Floyd Dailey Jr and Loyd and Barb Holifield; an uncle and aunt, Rich and Michelle Holifield; and many other relatives and friends.He is preceded in death by a grandmother, Mary Moxey; and an uncle, Dwaine May.A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 7, 2017 beginning at 4:00 pm at the Bush Pilots MC Clubhouse, 1001 Union St. Alton, IL.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.Online condolences and guest book may be found at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com.
