Helen Kaye (Wattles) Davis, 77, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, with her family by her side.
Grandma “Kaye” as she was known to all her friends and relatives was born on June 20, 1940 to Goldie & Raymond Wattles who both preceded her in death along with a brother, Darrell Wayne Wattles who passed away on May 13, 1962 and Step Son, Ryan, who passed away May 2, 2016. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Randall L. Davis who passed away on March 16, 2007.
Survivors include a son, Rance (Carrie) Davis; one Grandchild and the center of her universe, Aeden; 3 Step Grandchildren, Emily, Ian & Baylee; a brother, Edward (Judy) Wattles, and several nieces and nephews and many dear friends, at Hillcrest in Alton.
She was a graduate of Maroa-Forsyth High School, in Maroa, Illinois and a retired employee of Conoco/Phillips Refinery in Wood River, Illinois. She was also a member of Enjoy Church in Alton, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton with burial at 2:30 p.m. at Nixon Township Cemetery in Weldon, IL.
