Glennis Remmert

Glennis K. "Glennie" Remmert, 74, of Alton, IL, passed away at 3:54 p.m. Thurs. Dec. 6, 2018 at her home.

She was born Jan. 20, 1944 in Dixon, MO to the late Woodrow W. & Mildren (McDowell) Crismon.

Glennie had been a bookkeeper for Franklin Union Furniture in Granite City, the City of Granite City and Financial Resources in O?Fallon, IL.

She is survived by 2 sons: Kevin (Jeannie) McCracken of Woodland, TX and Todd (Anne) McCracken of Glen Carbon, IL; 2 grandsons: Raymond McCracken of Woodland, TX and Tyler McCracken of Glen Carbon; and a sister: Evelyn Russell of Granite City.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Winniford Rena; a sister: Margarie Kersey; and 3 sisters in Christ: Kathie, Lynn and Sharon.
