Gary Leon Narup, 82, died at 9:23 pm Tues October 10, 2017 at Jersey Community Hospital.
He was born on January 19, 1935 in Batchtown, the son of Richard & Irene (Gresham) Narup.
Gary was a member of St. Barbara’s Catholic Church in Batchtown and loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn & Vince Brinkman of Glen Carbon and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Connie Weishaupt.
Visitation will be from 8 am to 9:30 am Saturday October 14, 2017 at Gress, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Brussels.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am Saturday October 14, 2014 at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church in Batchtown with Fr. Don Roberts celebrant.
Burial will follow at St. Barbara’s Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Barbara’s Cemetery or St. Joseph’s Cemetery
