Frank Zoeller

Frank Edward Zoeller Jr., born March 15th 1968, passed away February 6th, 2026. Frank was a devoted outdoorsman, his happiest days were spent fishing in quiet waters or heading out at dawn for a good hunt. Patient, steady, and at ease in nature he found peace in the simple rhythm of the outdoors and the stories that came with it. For 25 years, he dedicated himself to his work at Granite City Steel where he was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in a job well done.

At home, he shared a special bond with his beloved dog Buddy; a constant companion that was never far from his side. Frank will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his dedication to his work, and the loyalty he showed to those, both 2 and 4 legged, who shared his life. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Frank is survived by his parents Frank and Sharon (nee King) Zoeller, Sisters Denise O’Brien and Dawn Plegge (husband Roy). 5 nieces, Sarah (Tim) O’Dell. Heather Plegge and partner Jonathan Dunn, Leslie (David) Holtorf, Kristine Douglas, Angela (Shawn) Patton. 2 great nieces, Kaylyn Holtorf and Delaney O’Dell. 6 great nephews, David Ross III, Brayden Holtorf, Mason O’Dell, Colton Patton, Quinton Dunn, and Boone Patton.

Services will be held at Saska Funeral Home in Edwardsville on Wednesday February 11th from 10am-12pm.
