Frank Shepherd

Frank J. Shepherd, 60, of Collinsville, IL, born Sunday, August 30, 1964, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Frank, not only am I losing a husband but my best friend. You’ll always be in my heart and soul until we meet again. I love you.
