Frank Bosoluke

Frank Bosoluke, 82, passed away at 6:30 am Monday April 6, 2015 at Blu Fountain Manor Nursing Home in Godfrey.

He was born on May 29, 1932 in Alton, IL the son of Michael and Susie (Lalik) Bosoluke.

Frank was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alton and retired from Owen’s Illinois Glass Manufacturing. He was an avid bowler and during his St. Mary’s School days he was a member of the Golden Gloves Boxing Club.

He was a devoted father to his children, Joseph Bosoluke of Alton, a daughter, Catherine Bosoluke of Godfrey, who survive him, along with one brother and a sister-in-law, Stanley and Sharon Bosoluke;  several nieces and nephews and their spouses, Rebecca and Randy Johns,  Steve and Angie Bosoluke, Susan Bosoluke, and Julie and Ted Prehn, Marcy Bosoluke; several great nieces and nephews and spouses, Patrick and Stacy Johns, Stephanie and Jay Sinclair, Andy and Jonathan Prehn, Spencer, Nick and Evan Bosoluke; great-great nieces, Ella & Celia Sinclair.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister-in-law, Walter & Thelma Bosoluke and Steven Bosoluke, three sisters, Helen Bosoluke, Catherine “Katie” Riner, and Rosemary Bosoluke, infant twin sisters, Edna and Eva Bosoluke, and a nephew, Scott Bosoluke.

In celebration of his life, visitation will be from 10 am until time of funeral services at 12 noon Friday April 10, 2015 at Staten-Fine Funeral Home in Alton.

Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Alton.

Memorials may be made to the Beverly Farm Foundation.
