Francis E. Hall, 76, passed away on Saturday August 27, 2016 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born on April 3, 1940 in Hardin, IL the daughter of Jake & Monia (Hausman) Bland.
Francis married Barney Hall on April 2, 1971 in Hardin. He survives.
She loved being with her grandkids and working for Stark Brothers Nursey in Louisiana, MO, loved quilting and made quilts for the Oasis Women’s Shelter in Alton and area nursing homes.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by three daughters, Connie (Kenneth) Brown of Grand Rapids, MI, Kathy Beavers (Fiancé’) Dave Peoples, Carol Matthews (Companion: Dave Bevill) of Hamburg; and a step son, Terry (Amanda) Hillview; five grandchildren, Travis and Ashley Alexander, Billy and Jennifer Matthews, and Rebecca Bevill; one great grandson, Curtis Joseph; four siblings, Jim (Janice) Bland of Hardin, Mary Proud of Jerseyville, Pete (Mary Ann) Bland of Bethalto, and Jackie (Mitch) Reynolds of Mozier; and three step sister and one step brothers.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of memorial service at 11 am on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Gress, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Hardin with Pastor Paul Frazier.
Inurnment will follow at Summit Grove Cemetery in Kampsville.
Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Child and Family Services in Hardin or to the family.
