Evelyn Mae Stewart, 70, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at her residence.
Born December 22, 1949 in Grand Tower, IL, she was the daughter of Andrew Trammel and Vernita (Musgraves) Vincent.
She married Steven K. Stewart, who preceded her in death on April 18, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Tony Trammel; brother, Jack Trammel; and a sister, Frances Cox.
Surviving are five daughters, Cindy Vincent of LeMay, MO, Marie Ramirez of Granite City, Michelle Scott of Sparta, Angela Trammel-Grove of East St. Louis, Cathy (Richard) Harris of East Alton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Tommy Trammel of Carbondale; and a sister, Joyce Ellet of Farmington, MO.
Private services and burial will be held Tuesday at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Rev. Patrick Cavney will officiate.
Marks Mortuary in Wood River is in charge of arrangements.
