Eva "Ladell" Church, 79, passed away 2:50 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2017 at her residence.
Born February 1, 1938 in Kentucky, she was the daughter of Jewel T. and Lula Edith (Page) Maxey.
She had been a computer input clerk for Killark Electric for several years before retiring.
She married Donald James Church on November 29, 2003 in Alton. He died July 5, 2014.
Surviving are a daughter, Vicki (Fred) Monroe of East Alton; four grandchildren, Randy (Becki) Rhyne, Ashley (James) Shelton, Aaron Rhyne, Brittney (Rosa) Lopez; 14 great grandchildren; and brother, David Maxey (Steven Clark) of Indiana.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 27, at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
Burial will follow in Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
