Edna Grace (Honeyman) Tueth, 95, died at 12:54 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born March 20, 1914 in Alton, she was the daughter of Robert and Anna Jane (Ledder) Honeyman. She married William T. Hamer in 1932. He died in 1964. She married Howard D. Tueth in March 1971. He preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey. Surviving is a son, Robert W. Hamer and daughter-in-law, B.J. Ulz Hamer of Taylorville, IL, a daughter, Sally A. Clark of Atlanta, GA, five grandchildren; Susan Hamer Montgomery and her husband Jim of Taylorville, Sara Hamer Kirby and her husband Steve of Pawnee, IL, Sandy Hamer Hockman and her husband Scott of Mahomet, IL, Mark David Clark and his wife Lisa of Atlanta, GA, and Laura Ann Clark of Atlanta, GA, five great grandchildren, Shaefer and Spencer Kirby, Mitchell Hockman, Cady and Jack Clark. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Helen Brockmeir and Alice Ruth Lind. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon Thursday at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Father Steve Pohlman will officiate. Burial will be at Upper Alton Cemetery.
