Drema L. (Poston) Stark, 78, died at 4:54 a.m. on Sunday, September 30th, at Jerseyville Community Hospital.
She was born August 18, 1934 in Minden, WV, the daughter of George and Sadie (Walker) Poston.
She married Conrad Stark, Sr. on June 19, 1953 in East Alton, IL and he preceded
her in death on September 25, 2010.
She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Kessinger and husband Steve of Newmarket, NH; her son, Eric Stark and wife Beth of Godfrey; four grandchildren, Shannon Carter and husband Grant of Kensington, NH, Chad Kessinger and companion Jess Bellavance of Portsmouth, NH, Jacob and Ashley Stark both of Godfrey, IL; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Grantly and Aubrey Carter of Kensington, NH; two sisters, Nora Vicars of Oak Hill, WV and Jean Evanky of New Kensington, PA; many nieces, nephews and close friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Conrad Stark, Jr.
She elected to donate her body to the Washington University School of Medicine. There will be no services.
