Dorothy Burgund

Dorothy E. Burgund, 93 of Bethalto, died at 6:34 A.M. January 11 at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was born to the late Leo and Wilma (Decker) Hess on December 17, 1921 in Ft. Madison, Iowa

Dorothy married Rev. Frank M. Burgund in Ft. Madison, Iowa on July 10, 1944. He died October 4, 2004.

Survivors include 2 sons and their wives; Stephen and Donna Burgund of Bethalto, Mark and Wanda Burgund of Naperville; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren

Preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Targhetta & Wooldridge Funeral Home in Brighton with interment at Brighton Cemetery immediately following the visitation.
