Donna Faye Kelly, 82, of Belleville, IL, born February 3, 1943, in Belleville, IL, died Monday, October 13, 2025, at St. Paul’s Home, Belleville, IL.

Ms. Kelly received a Master of Science from Webster University. Since 1960, she held various positions in the Federal Civil Service, a career that spanned over 40 years. Donna retired as administrative assistant to HQ Air Mobility Command Chaplain at Scott Air Force Base. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Belleville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel H. and Rose B., nee Koderhandt, Kelly.

Funeral: Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL, with Rev. Douglas Stewart officiating.

Burial will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
