Donna Box

Donna Faye (Watson) Box, 68, of Grafton, died at 9:10 p.m., Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville.She was born in Alton on Sept. 21, 1947, and was the daughter of Robert Laverne and Marjorie (Davis) Watson.Donna loved her hometown of Grafton and relished in its rich history.  She was a 1965 graduate of Jersey Community High School, and cherished her beloved dog, Harley.Surviving are her two sons and daughters in law,James and Christine Box of Aston, Pa., and Robert and Jeanie Box of Troy; two grandchildren, Matthew and Nylah; and her brother and sister in law, Ronald & Vickie Watson of Godfrey.Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.Private burial will take place on Tuesday in the family plot at Hartford Cemetery in rural Grafton.Memorials may be given to her family in care of the funeral home.
