Donald Brockway

Donald  E.  Brockway, age 67, of Bethalto, Illinois passed away on Friday,March 23, 2018 at OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center following a courageousbattle with cancer.He was born March 15, 1951 in Fairbanks, Alaska and was the son of the lateDonald J. Brockway and Martha L. (nee: Daugherty) Brockway Gipson.Don was a 1969 graduate of Alton Senior High School and was employed many years as a truck driver.  He retired from Yellow Freight and the Teamsters.He will be remembered as an avid outdoorsman.  He especially enjoyed Canoeing, bicycling, fishing and hiking.Survivors include a brother; Ronald J.
