Dolores Ann Florence (Wagner) Weis, 90, of Jerseyville, and formerly of St.Louis, Mo., and Granite City, Il., died at 8:00 a.m., Monday, February 20, 2017 at Willow Rose Rehab and Health Care in Jerseyville.
